Se ne è parlato anche nell'assemblea di martedì scorso, ma, anche a beneficio degli assenti, torniamo su un argomento piuttosto delicato.
Già da tempo tutti i tesserati vengono avvisati (a mezzo blog, mail, sms) della scadenza del proprio certificato di idoneità alla pratica agonistica sportiva.
Con decorrenza immediata, qualora il tesserato non provvedesse a fornire il nuovo certificato entro 4 giorni dalla scadenza del vecchio, il Presidente, in quanto personalmente responsabile ai fini legali riguardo a questa questione, comunicherà il nome del tesserato ritardatario a Fidal Regione Lombardia. All'atleta verrà membership suspended until the company failed to notify Fidal for coming into possession of the new certificate.
