few days ago ended in Bissau yet another edition Course Mission Integration facing missionaries, volunteers and foreign aid workers recently landed in Guinea.
For the second year in a row, at the invitation of the Bishop of Bissau and Bafata, so I assume the role of teacher of cryolite, introducing the newly-arrived to the beauty of the language and local culture during intense and amazing 5 weeks.
Having to reconcile this commitment with the work to India, the effort was made to feel ... not to mention that by dint of skipping lunch I got an enviable line!
Seriously, the experience was wonderful: it's not every day to work with 30 students from 11 different nationalities, a true Babel which included India, Kenya, Germany, Ecuador, Brazil and so on!
This year, moreover, the group of students was very varied and also included some evangelical missionaries: it was thus an open and ecumenical sharing of undoubted value for all.
As illustrated by the photos posted here, the poor students have willingly accepted the My teaching method, rich in dynamics, games, role-play and fun activities!
... And the Italian teacher has been able to once again pursue his passion for the local language!
